Completing a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Queensland, Brock commenced his tourism training at the Queensland Tourist and Travel Corporation (Tourism Queensland) retail division in Canberra and Sydney.
Moving to Melbourne in 1995, Brock undertook the Tourism Sales & Marketing position for the Disney musical production Beauty & the Beast before an extensive period as National Sales Manager for Palm Royale Cairns based in Melbourne. Gaining experience in corporate tourism with Le Meridien Hotels, Brock then joined Parker Travel Collection in opening the Melbourne office in 1999 where he primarily manages PTC domestic wholesale and retail accounts along with Inbound Tour Operators.

Brock has carved an excellent reputation within the Inbound and Domestic markets, and is considered an industry expert in the field of domestic tourism, which is his passion. Motivated, driven and highly competitive are the assets Brock brings to PTC.

Brock played for the Australian Schoolboys Rugby Union team in 1988 and continues to be involved in rugby, coaching the Harlequin 1st Grade team in Melbourne for the last 7 years.
